Your mother does not live here

There's a particular guy in the office who irritates me. No, he does not work with me and I hope we don't have anything to do with each other anytime soon. Because he annoys me. And how does he do that? Will get to that explanation soon. But first, the background.

The pantry we have is quite nice. There's a coffee machine if you feel like having an espresso, and then there are tea bags, sugar and all manner of nice beverage that you could easily make yourself. And the office has innocuous blue mugs that anyone can use. I get a bit icky about sharing mugs so I bring my own. And even then, the nice cleaning lady cleans my mug for me. I adore her because she dusts my table so well. Between she and I, we are always the firsts to arrive the office.

Anyhow, back to the pantry. So we have a giant sink where people leave their mugs or spoons to be washed by the cleaning lady. The idea behind that giant sink is so that the pantry area will be kept clean of dirty dishes except the sink. And this guy that I mentioned in my opening paragraph, he leaves his dirty mugs on top of the common fridge, which is like 10 steps away from the sink.

And he did it again this afternoon. He saw me standing in front of the (electric) kettle - yes, doing the proverbial watching and waiting for the kettle to boil - I gave him an evil glare as he placed his mugs on top of the fridge, looked at me and walked away WHISTLING!

Dammit, next time, I'll tell him to put those damn mugs in the sink. And please, don't ask me why I'm so affected by this ok? There is no explanation. Grrrr.
