I'm smart ... according to an online test

It was one of those nights where the body is tired but the mind refused to wind down. So what did I do? I surfed and chanced upon an IQ test and decided, what the heck? So I spent 20 minutes or so answering the questions and voila (after declining a couple of ads), got my results. I must say it was pretty good for the ego. I scored 129 and the website said "most people" had IQ score of between 70 and 130. However, it went downhill after that.

I am supposedly a "Precision Processor" and great jobs for me would include being a scientist, a mathematician, physicist, musician, astronomer ... the list went on. Wait a minute ... a mathematician?

That is laughable because people who know me, would also know that I am terrible with numbers and calculations, with or without the aid of the calculator. For as long as I can remember, my parents had to pay expensive home tuition to help me keep up with maths, and the results have always been questionable. I am not a big fan of physics lessons either and I do have exam results to support that.

I am way better with language and literature (Shakespeare, Wilde ... what's there not to love?) than with algebra.

Anyway, you can pretty much take whatever you want from these online quizzes and surveys and I've decided I would accept their conclusion that my IQ is 129, lol. C'est la vie!
