Anyhow, I've been noticing something about the people I work with. It's amazing that some people have that much ego that they completely think they have no faults and that they don't need to look inward. No, not at their belly button. I mean, examine themselves, what *they* could've done differently to improve things when things go wrong. Instead of pointing their fat little fingers at someone else every time something does not go as planned.
I hate people who always look for scapegoats. I hate people whose first priority is to pin the blame on someone instead of looking for solutions to the immediate problems. Sure, after the problems have been resolved, you should look at what went wrong and try to fix them so that the same issues don't resurface. And if there are someone or some people who need to be reprimanded, then that needs to be done, but it needs to be done AFTER problem resolution, not while everyone else is busy cleaning up the $&*t.
Anyway, it is Friday and I am happy the weekend is just around the corner. The husband will be back tomorrow from Jakarta, insha Allah. He's been away since Wednesday and we can't wait for him to come home.
Here's a picture of Sara's birthday cake, yeah I know I promised to upload the pics, but hey, this is better than nothing, haha. Happy Friday, everyone!

cute yummy cake
Hey Dramamama... I just accidently found your blog... had to read it with a cute name like that. I totally relate, my son was sick today too... although he let us know at the end of the day "it was just a trick so he could miss school." Silly us, his temperature and throwing up fooled us for sure. Also, gotta love ego's like that - good to know there all around the world- lucky us. Have a great weekend.
